• All of our repair agents undergo a strict selection process

This means that we can vouch for their trustworthiness. Some of our competitors are just call centres and all of their repairs are outsourced to independent engineers, without knowing who they are or how qualified they are to undertake your repair. We provide direct contact details for the repair agent which means that if you need any information or an update on your repair from the engineer, the repair agent's receptionists can speak with the engineer directly to give you first-hand answers to your questions.

• All of our repair agents have completed thorough electrical and domestic appliance training

Every engineer is practised in safe working methods and is required to attend regular on-going training to develop their industry-leading knowledge of electrical appliance repairs. This means that you can be confident that if the appliance is repairable, our repair agents will be able to complete the repair. On some occasions it may be necessary to return to your property for an additional visit if the engineer discovers that he requires more replacement parts. If this happens, you will not be charged for any subsequent visit.

• Every repair is completed with a thorough electrical safety check

Your family’s safety is of the utmost importance to us and we would never leave an appliance without completing thorough safety checks, including insulation tests, polarity checks and earth-loop tests. Our repair agents will always leave you with a report detailing the repair that the have performed, any replacement parts that they have fitted and the results of their electrical safety tests. In the event that the engineer detects a more serious electrical fault in your home, he will bring this to your attention and ensure that it is left safe before leaving your property.

• Our repairs are guaranteed for 12 months

Once our repair agent completes your repair, we expect it to stay repaired. In the unlikely event that the same fault recurs within 12 months of our repair, they will return to fix your appliance free of charge.
