We are a PCI-DSS compliant company. This means that we do not store any of your personal card payment data that you have given to us in connection with your repair.

By booking a repair visit with Repair Your Appliance, you agree to us storing certain data about you and your appliance and any repairs that we have undertaken on your appliance, beyond the life of the repair.

All data that is stored by the Company is kept to ensure that an adequate service history is available to our engineers for future repair visits. We do not retain any superfluous or irrelevant data.

If you wish to view the data records that we hold for your repair, please email your request to data@repairyourappliance.co.uk and we will respond with full disclosure within 28 days.

We may ask for your email address when booking your repair visit. This is to help us contact you should we need to talk to you about your repair. On occasions we may also email a confirmation of your repair visit booking and/or updates about  the timeslot we have allocated to your booking.

We may wish to contact you in the future with details of product safety notices, important updates or offers. If you do not wish to receive these emails, please unsubscribe.

We may also share your email address with carefully selected partners or other companies within our Group, to provide you with relevant offers. If you prefer not to receive these emails, please unsubscribe.
