Charges

Our standard repair fee is £69 including VAT. This fee covers you for a standard repair visit, Monday to Friday. If you wish to have a Saturday appointment a £20 surcharge will be applied. If you live in the following postcode areas a surcharge of £15 (incl. VAT) will apply: E1, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, NW1.

Diagnostic fee

After our engineer has diagnosed the fault on your appliance, he will inform you of what replacement parts are required. If you decide that you do not wish to go ahead with the repair, you will not need to pay the full repair fee. Instead you can opt to pay a diagnostic fee to cover the cost of the engineer's visit and time in diagnosing the fault.

There may also be occasions where it is not viable for us to complete a repair. On these occasions, we will inform you that the repair is not viable and you will instead be charged a diagnostic fee of £48 including VAT. Any surcharges relating to 'Saturday visits' or surcharges for the Central London postcodes listed above will still apply.

2nd Appliance charges

If you have more than one appliance that requires a repair, a reduced fee of £48 will be charged for all additional repairs.

Cancellations and unattended visits

Please make sure that you are at home for the engineer to avoid a wasted appointment. If you are not at home to attend the engineer when he arrives on your appointed repair visit day, or you cannot be contacted, the appointment will be cancelled and a failed visit fee will be charged. The amount payable for a failed visit fee is £36 including VAT.
