Book a repair

Your repair fee will be £69 (incl. VAT), to book your repair visit please call 0843 20 80 610. Your repair fee does not include the cost of any replacement parts that are required. If you live in the following postcode areas a surcharge of £15 (incl. VAT) will apply: E1, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, NW1. See our Charges for more details.

When?

We offer NEXT-DAY or NAMED-DAY repairs for no extra charge. When booking your repair, please let us know which day you would prefer us to visit. If you require a Saturday visit, please call one of our helpful reception staff – a £20 surcharge will be applied for Saturday visits.

We will also need to know details of the problem with your appliance and any other information that you feel is necessary. This is to ensure that we properly prepare for the engineer's visit so that he arrives with any appropriate replacement parts.
